Legs Saturday
Today I got up very early from bed. make me a big breakfast. I need a lot of energy to be able to train and grow. train leg very hard. I lift more and more weight. how tired and happy I am+_*shoulder thursday
What a great Thursday.. I woke up early. prepare a great breakfast of pasta with egg rice and bread. mmm immediately I got to the gym and warmed up my shoulders with 10 kg dumbbells continue with military press it is my favorite exercise for shoulders.. In total there were 6 shoulder exercises. I want to have very round shoulders. :Dlower body wednesday
wow what a busy day. in the morning prepare a big breakfast. I knew that a strong training session was waiting for me... my trainer came for me and I was not ready yet. I was washing my clothes and finishing breakfast. He helped me to finish faster. It was starting to get hot and we managed to get to the gym early. We start stretching and warming up the legs. We continue with the femorals. quadriceps. buttocks . finally we conclude with deadlift and calf extension. my legs were shaking like i had my ohmibod in my butt. I could hardly walk. But I had to go to the mall. to consult something in the bank.. the turn was eternal. I was so hungry and I was sitting waiting for 15 people to call before my OMFG.. I came home and ate a lot I wanted to start my broadcast but the internet connection was unstable. Now I'm going to bed to rest. I had a nice shower.. see youI go to bed late
It was a wonderful and spectacular day. the night was great. finish transmitting. I went to the shower.. hot bubble bath.. check my vods, update a lot of them. Go check out the most recent ones. they are so hot and entertaining that i let myself go and until now i go to bed. hugs and kisses to all. never stop loving me. I love that xoxoxoMy blog
it really was a great workout. very strong. train pecs. in a big way. 5 exercises for the pectorals. then 3 exercises for biceps.- and now I prepare my lunch. I need protein to grow. ;)the blankets stuck to me :P
Today ret a little more. downstairs to prepare a delicious breakfast. sandwich pasta with egg rice. bread... I want to reach 80 kg. I'm ready to go to the gym.:DIt was a great Monday.
I really love sharing everything with you. my friends. we had fun. They made me vibrate and they almost made me sweat... even though I did sweat in the gym while training. now finish preparing my dinner. I really enjoy cooking. even more in the process of muscle growth. I'm going to take a foam bath and then go to bed to rest. by the way.. (I always rest naked in my bed).. ;)nice start to the week
at this time the sun is shining. prepare a delicious lunch. I'll take a good shower. I will wash my hair. and I'll go to the gym to train. quadriceps. buttock. femoral. calf and shoulders... see you in a bitMy blog
