Technical Support: VOD Not Available
Yes, the servers are still under maintenance and are getting rotated out. The processing queue backlogged again, over the weekend. The guys will double up on the processing and push them through.

Good news, I got my 2 missing from 4-1, and 1 from 4-2.. Still missing February 28th.. which I feel is hopelessly lost.

It looks like the issue is fixed and shows I have with models are appearing much faster in the directors vault! I have only had just this one issue though. Just yesterday I had an awesome show with a model. I spent over 20 minutes in pvt with them. The first 19:43 minutes showed up in my vault but the remaining 8 min was missing and not available. The model had a very sexy orgasm but looks like it didn’t get recorded. Just from reading the FAQ under “ Why are my show recordings not available?” I know that number 2 reason is a possibility but I’m hoping that’s not the case and the other part of the show will eventually appear in my vault so I can relive the whole complete time with them. I had a very good time with the model!

“I spent OVER 20 minutes in pvt with them” that means the private was longer than 20 min. The 8 min after the 19:43 didn’t show up. I spent 27:43 minutes : seconds long in total with the model. Only part of the private video was processed for some reason. I chatted with customer support and they are doing their best to help me. Thank you customer support!

just an update.. It seems the issue of VOD's getting hung up in processing has been resolved, as I've gotten all my videos the past 5-6 days within an hour to hour and half after pvt. My thanks go out to Tech team for their diligence to get this resolved.
If only they could find my February 28th I am missing I would be 100% complete.. But if after almost 4 years is all I've lost I reckon is not too bad a record.

I almost lost some content lately. Even more about 7 years ago. I wonder if we can use Microsoft's rules. You can and may make a backup (one single copy) of their software. So I have this brilliant idea of offering the content in something tangeble. No flash, no cache, no degredation. Make a copy of all the content available on Blue-Ray and ship it to customers. I bought it all and if I'm not careful it can all wind up getting "purged". Oooooorrr... maybe I should just record the screen; upscale it and put it on discs myself?
