Wonder if it would be easy to set up site to ask for confirmation before purchase transactions?
I'm always very cautious when the purchase credits screen is open. Often using a mobile phone and always very careful with scrolling to see the hidden out of view items. Has happened once when a transaction processed sort of by surprise.
Maybe I'm the only one suggesting this & will get along if so.

You are not the only one. In getting familiar with my first tablet, my fingers inadvertently "bought" a super vote I did not intend to buy. A confirmation might have helped.

Customer service has reversed 'fat fingered' purchases and offline tips/supervotes for me before without any issue. I would assume requesting reversal for in-chat room "fat fingered" mistakes is less possible due to interactive tip toys and such. I always minimize the tip window when entering a new room to de-risk misclick opportunities.

Nice to know I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. It happened to me when signing up for VIP. I wanted to sign-up but was undecided on the monthly renewal or the 3 months renewal. My fat finger (as per James) made the decision for me. I checked on a reversal that time since I wished for 2 weeks later. According to tech support that transaction wasn't reversible. I really had no big regrets. But it taught me a lesson. I'm always a little nervous with the credit purchase screen since.
I'm thinking a pop up with yes or no choice before finalizing the transaction would be good for my fat fingers on a cell phone display. 😉

I've only ever asked for reversals immediately, so that would make sense as a limitation. Also the 6 month vip is the best deal if youre gonna stick around!

I immediately attempted the reversal but was told a subscription can't be reversed. I suppose I would have selected the 6 month anyway. I would have pushed it off until after the 15th of the month. I was already over my targeted budget for that period.
I decided to suggest the 2nd confirmation since it's common on lots of other platforms nowadays. I aim to be satisfied with whatever there decision is. This is all just a suggestion and let them decide to act on it or ignore. 🙂

I agree, a Confirm Message would be very helpful. I did, once, accidentally purchase a credit package I did not intend to buy. I immediately let customer service know, and because I had not yet spent any of the purchased credits, I was refunded. So, that is good to know in case it happens again.

Happened once for me the credits purchase didn't use the code. I had used 25,000 reward points to obtain a 22% more credits discount. The regular discount was higher think 25 or 30%. I tried numerous times to process that transaction but it never used the code. I was surprised how easy it was every time (5 or 6) to get the transaction reversed. It made a mess on my credit card statement though. 😉
