Technical Support: need instructions on how to use cam2cam
I use cam2cam when viewing model in private. I cannot figure out how to make both the camera and the microphone to work at the same time. I cannot make sense of how the cam2cam inset screen works. If Can someone walk me through how to activate the mic and cam? Are there videos or manuals on how it works? I find the floating menu annoying too. Assistance on this issue requested.

Did you try clicking on the c2c icon below the stream, to the left of the profile icon. From there click on the ? and the How to Use Cam2Cam drop down?
Just saying this is where I would look.

You didn't say whether you are using mobile app or on Mac or Windows based PC, Mobile app is frustrating to me so I only use it when I cannot get on pc..

As I have my laptop repaired, so I use my cell phone and I have not been able to get both things to work at the same time, the model can see me, but the sound does not work

If you're using iPhone make sure you're updated to the latest iOS Version There was one a few months ago that would not let cam an microphone work at same time. I had that issue until the next update came down about 3-4 weeks later. Current iOS should be 15.5 I think the problem version was 15.2 ..
