Ok , I am still trying to get my head around the new format. I like the idea and yes am able to get a full screen video in landscape , but I can't find a 'my account' interface button while in chat , so to add credits from my wallet I have to leave the room and add from the main screen . Am I missing something ?

I have not been receiving emails saying my favourites have come online since the new interface has been operational. Has anyone else had this issue and how to resolve it?


I have not been receiving emails whenever my favs come online since June. No resolution from CS despite notifying them a couple of times. What I discovered is this; Go to CONTROL PANEL then EMAIL SETTINGS then SUBSCRIPTIONS and double check on your SERVICES if the boxes are correctly ticked. It is very annoying because sometimes I have to do this up to 3 times a day! Good luck. :thumbsup

We have just published a change that will allow users to view the video and chat in a way like the old version. If a user toggles on the switch for "Chat view" in portrait it will make the chat message background black and show the full video without overlapping the chat messages on the video. This should make it easier for some users to read chat and see the full width of the video in portrait with out zooming in.
